The SIXFOLD project brought together European innovation ecosystems to accelerate the green and digital transition of the agri-food industry through cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The project focused on strengthening a European network of Living Labs, connecting research institutions, technology providers and food businesses to support the adoption of deep technologies, including AI, robotics and biotechnology.
Through international study visits, workshops and practical demonstrations, SIXFOLD explored innovation barriers, shared expertise and developed a joint action plan for long-term collaboration between Living Labs.
Role & Impact: As Communication and Dissemination Work Package Leader at AgriFood Lithuania, I led the project's communication strategy, digital channels, content development and dissemination activities. I also contributed to stakeholder engagement, Living Lab networking and the organisation of international events, including the final conference in the Netherlands, supporting the project's visibility and long-term impact.

The LOCALITY project aims to develop sustainable, circular value chains using algae from the North and Baltic Sea regions.
The project explores how algae cultivation can contribute to more sustainable food, aquaculture, agriculture and textile industries by transforming industrial side streams into valuable resources. Through three regional ecosystems, LOCALITY develops innovative algae-based products, promotes resource efficiency and supports their market uptake.
Beyond technological innovation, the project focuses on consumer acceptance, stakeholder collaboration and the development of sustainable business models.
Role & Impact: As part of AgriFood Lithuania, I support stakeholder engagement, knowledge exchange, dissemination and cross-sector collaboration to increase awareness of algae-based innovations and strengthen connections between research and industry.
